As the days get colder and shorter, the Girls of Steel team has been hard at work creating FTC robots and mentoring FLL teams! 

FTC

Only two months after the FTC kickoff, our six FTC teams have made amazing progress on their robots! Robots are already zooming around the field and artifacts have been flying into the classifier! With only a few months left, our teams are working hard to continue making strides to be competition ready!

FLL

Similar to our FTC teams, our FLL teams have been busy getting ready for the upcoming November scrimmage! Teams have been thinking of creative solutions for their innovation projects, diligently coding their missions and participating in fun core value exercises. 

Halloween Party

Not everything at Girls of Steel is related to robotics. For Halloween, we celebrated by making a delicious candy salad and having a costume contest. Thank you to everyone who participated and made the party possible! 

Looking Forward

We’re excited to see how our FLL teams perform at the upcoming scrimmage! Good luck to all teams! Additionally, we’re attending the upcoming Discovery Day and hope to see you there!
